Carly is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and provides individual, family, and couples counseling. If you have a child on the Mental Health Waiver, she can provide in-home family therapy. Carly has a plethora of experience dealing with high risk families, adults, and children. Carly specializes in treating trauma, depression, PTSD, and anxiety. She utilizes EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy along with many other modalities. Overall, Carly uses an integrated approach to treat trauma and the symptoms that come with it. This therapy modality emphasizes building safety, developing resilience, and processing in a way that is manageable for you.
